    • Prison sentence of four to 15 years
    • Fines of up to $25,000
  • Between 100 and 399 grams
    • Prison sentence between six and 30 years
    • Fines of up to $200,000 or street value of drug in possession
  • Between 400 and 899 grams
    • Prison sentence between eight and 40 years
    • Fines of up to $200,000 or street value of drug in possession
  • Over 900 grams
    • Prison sentence between 10 and 50 years
    • Fines of up to $200,000 or street value of drug in possession
